SAP Cloud ALM, a brand new, cloud-based application lifecycle management offering, guides you successfully through the implementation and operation of your cloud solutions to maximize their value. The offering comes at no additional cost for cloud customers, as SAP Cloud ALM usage rights are included with the SAP Enterprise Support cloud editions.
In this course, you’ll learn more about the value and capabilities of SAP Cloud ALM for operations, which consists of features, functions, and processes for operating your cloud-centric solution landscapes. Starting with an overview, we’ll explain monitoring and alerting, as well as event management capabilities. We’ll show you how SAP Cloud ALM for operations provides you with a central entry point to ensure transparent integrations throughout your hybrid SAP landscape, and how to manage your business processes. This is to ensure business continuity in your SAP landscape, increase operational efficiency by automating operational tasks, and avoid anomalies by proactive problem prediction.
